Dr Feroz Ameerjan is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and a Civil Aviation Medical Examiner ( CAME ) for Transport Canada , based in Brisbane, Australia.
With a career spanning decades in aviation medicine, he holds multiple qualifications in aviation medicine, including FACAsM, MAvMED, DipAvMed, FRACGP and MBBS.
Dr Feroz has extensive experience in both military and commercial aviation medicine. He continues to serve as Aviation Medical Officer to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and worked internationally with the UAE Air Force Medical centre and Qatar Airways Medical centre. These roles have given him a deep understanding of the medical and operational challenges faced by pilots and aircrew.
